NSIG Sunrise S.à rl reduces its stake in SOITEC

The Luxembourg company NSIG Sunrise S.à rl has crossed below the 5% threshold of SOITEC's capital, as announced in a declaration received on May 7, 2026. On April 30, 2026, NSIG Sunrise held 1,643,120 shares, representing 4.59% of the company's capital, which is equivalent to 7.25% of the voting rights.

This change in shareholding results from the sale of shares on the market. SOITEC, listed on Euronext Paris, is thus seeing a readjustment of NSIG Sunrise's stake, controlled at the highest level by National Silicon Industry Group Co., Ltd., a company based in China. The reduction represents a strategic step back from their involvement in SOITEC.
