Point72 Asset Management crosses a threshold in SOITEC

Point72 Asset Management LP announced, in a letter dated November 25, 2025, that it had crossed below the 5% threshold of SOITEC's share capital. As of November 24, 2025, Point72 held 4.95% of the share capital, representing 1,771,655 shares and 3.87% of the voting rights. This decrease resulted from a reduction in shares held through assimilation. The share distribution is as follows: Cubist Systematic Strategies, LLC with 31,164 shares, Point72 Hong Kong Limited with 20,491 shares, and Point72 Asset Management, LLC with 1,720,000 shares. The shares held are the result of automatically renewable return swap contracts.
