Solid half-year results for the Bastide Group
The Bastide Group, a specialist in home healthcare, presented its half-year results for 2025-2026. Revenue reached €260.4 million, up 8.0%, thanks to positive momentum in respiratory assistance and diabetes care. Despite a price decrease in sleep apnea, the gross margin remained solid at 67.6%.
Operating profit improved by 12.5%, reaching €22.2 million. Operating free cash flow amounted to €24.3 million, tripling in one year. Net debt decreased significantly, with leverage falling from 3.41x to 2.77x. Consequently, the annual outlook is confirmed, with a revenue target of at least €510 million.
