Solocal Group Reports on Liquidity Providing Contract
On January 8, 2024, Solocal Group released a statement on its liquidity providing contract with Natixis ODDO BHF, detailing the assets held in its liquidity account as of December 31, 2024. The balance comprised 2,260 Solocal Group shares and €10,130.70. Initially, the agreement allocated 239,822 shares and €429,583 to the liquidity account.
Between July 1 and December 31, 2024, Solocal executed 443 buy transactions and 384 sell transactions. Over the same period, 2,887,897 shares worth €77,662.10 were bought, while 1,259,482 shares worth €73,624.70 were sold. These figures illustrate the company's trading activities over the past six months.
