Sparta Group Delays Annual Financial Statement Filing
Sparta Group announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements for the year ending September 30, 2025. The statements are now expected to be filed by February 27, 2026. The delay, announced in January, is attributed to auditor time constraints and further information requests.
The company filed for a Management Cease Trade Order (MCTO) with the Alberta Securities Commission due to the missed January 28 deadline. This order restricts trading by the CEO and CFO until the filings are concluded.
Sparta is committed to following the Alternative Information Guidelines under National Policy 12-203 until the documents are submitted. There have been no new business developments since the last report.
