Sparton Resources Inc. Issues Update on Trading Suspension
Sparton Resources Inc. (TSXV:SRI), a company based in Toronto, has provided an update regarding the temporary suspension of its trading activities, which was instigated by CIRO on September 1, 2026. This follows the announcements of the Morrison Mine Option Agreement in June and the Glen Eagle Option Agreement in September. The TSX Venture Exchange had requested a trading halt on the same day as the Glen Eagle announcement.
The proposed transaction related to the Morrison Mine has received conditional acceptance from the exchange. However, trading will resume only after the submission of a NI 43-101 Technical Report. An independent report has been commissioned and is expected soon. Sparton retains operatorship and plans to utilize its drilling company, with the initiative mostly funded by Glen Eagle Resources. The Morrison Mine, a historical silver producer in Canada, offers promising prospects for the company.
