The S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy has introduced seven renowned culinary figures as the Global Jury for its 2026-27 competition. This jury will mentor and judge emerging chefs, focusing on technical skills, creativity, and personal belief. The event is set in Milan where chefs under 30 will compete, hoping to be recognized as leading talents in the culinary world.
The jury features Enrico Cerea, Rodolfo Guzmán, Junghyun 'JP' Park, Chef Pichaya 'Pam' Soontornyanakij, Jessica Rosval, Ana Roš, and Martino Ruggieri. Each juror brings a unique culinary philosophy, emphasizing the importance of sustainability, creativity, and cultural preservation in gastronomy.
