Spring Skiing Extended at Banff Sunshine Village

Banff Sunshine celebrates the arrival of spring by extending its chair lift hours for skiers and snowboarders to enjoy longer days and more snow on the Canadian Rockies. With more than 13 feet of snow accumulated over the winter, the resort is set for an exhilarating conclusion to the season. The extended hours, offering an additional 30 minutes of daily skiing, will be in effect from March 9, 2024, until the Slush Cup event on May 20, 2024.

Kendra Scurfield, Vice President of Brand & Communications, highlights spring as a special season at the resort, allowing guests to enjoy the sun and snow for a bit longer each day. The introduction of the Banff Sunshine Spring Pass, priced at $640 + GST, offers 73 days of skiing, positioning spring as an ideal time for visitors.

Adding to the allure of spring skiing at Banff Sunshine Village, the resort hosts various events throughout the season. The Spring Concert Series, presented by Coors Light, promises almost weekly entertainment, enhancing the skiing experience during these warmer months.
