Springer Nature Raises 2025 Guidance Amid Strong Performance

Springer Nature AG & Co. KGaA has increased its 2025 fiscal year guidance, indicating robust performance so far this year. In the first half of 2025, the company's revenue climbed to €926 million, and adjusted operating profit reached €241 million, showing growth of 6% and 10%, respectively.

The revised outlook projects the Group's underlying revenue to be between €1,930 million and €1,960 million. The adjusted operating profit is now expected to range from €540 million to €560 million. This adjustment is largely driven by the Research segment's strength, with nearly all 2025 contracts renewed and growing publication volumes in Full Open Access journals.

Both the Health and Education segments maintain steady performance, boosting the Group's overall results. Springer Nature will release detailed half-year results on August 13, 2025.
