St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. Announces Leadership Changes

St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. has introduced significant management and governance alterations. Herb Duerr has been appointed interim President and CEO of St-Georges Metallurgy Corp, joining board members Mark Billings and Frank Dumas. Additionally, the role of Vice President, Research & Development has been removed. Frank Dumas returns to the St-Georges Eco-Mining Corp. board, filling the gap left by Enrico Di Cesare's retirement.

Despite these changes, the company ensures continuity of operations. Updates will be communicated to stakeholders in due course. Recently, St-Georges issued financial statements and completed upgrades to its EVSX battery processing facility in Thorold, Ontario, enhancing throughput and efficiency. Key personnel hires have been made to support operations. Furthermore, 200,000 options have been granted to new employees at EVSX.
