Stabilus SE Reports Increased Profit but Lower Free Cash Flow in Q3 FY2026
Stabilus SE has reported a significant increase in its profit from operating activities and overall profit for the third quarter of the 2026 fiscal year. The firm's operating profit reached €66.1 million, significantly up from €24.8 million in the same quarter last year. Similarly, the profit for the period rose to €51.4 million, compared to €10.1 million previously. These increases are attributed to a gain of approximately €44 million from the recent sale of Fabreeka and Tech Products.
However, Stabilus noted a decrease in its adjusted free cash flow, which amounted to €28.6 million, falling short of the €33.3 million recorded in the same quarter last year. This decline is primarily ascribed to changes in net working capital. Despite this, the company's revenue for Q3 FY2026 was €299.5 million, slightly above market expectations but lower than the €316 million from Q3 FY2025.
Looking ahead, Stabilus has refined its full-year forecast within original ranges, expecting around €1.15 billion in revenue, a 10% adjusted EBIT margin, and an adjusted free cash flow of €90 million.
