Stable Q1 2025 Results for Kaufman & Broad SA

Kaufman & Broad SA has reported its results for the first quarter of 2025, showing a 6.0% increase in housing orders by volume. Revenue reached €250.1 million, including €205.6 million from housing, representing 82.2% of total revenue. Gross margin was recorded at €49.2 million, resulting in an EBIT margin of 7.7% despite challenges in the housing market.
Net cash is reported as €376.1 million, supported by continued demand in the housing sector. The company's financial structure remains solid, with cash reserves of €482.7 million at the end of February 2025. A dividend of €2.20 per share has been proposed for 2024.
Kaufman & Broad continues expanding its commercial projects, including new office and logistics developments. The company is also focusing on environmental targets with a 46.2% reduction in emissions by 2030 affirmed by the SBTI. Despite current economic uncertainties, the group's outlook for 2025 remains stable with expected revenue growth of 5%.
