The promotional content was produced by Upswitch Media and reviewed by Star Copper for accuracy, without direct involvement in its creation. Although the impact on trading volumes is uncertain, the company stated that the material did not contain false information.

Initially hired on April 15, 2025, Upswitch was contracted for 150 days, receiving C$850,000 for services rendered. Star Copper emphasized its limited role in the promotional activities and confirmed that no management team members or third-party affiliates have participated in stock transactions or additional promotional efforts, other than those outlined.

The company reiterated its engagement with third parties like Invictus for investor relations services over the past year. No shares or convertibles were issued at discounted rates recently. Star Copper maintains its focus on advancing its copper projects to meet growing industry demands.
