On December 23, 2025, CIBOX communicated the figures relating to the number of shares and voting rights of its share capital as of November 30, 2025, in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
CIBOX's share capital consists of 817,618,814 shares. The gross total of voting rights amounts to 852,389,074, while the net total of voting rights, taking into account shares without voting rights, is 845,146,872.
This monthly communication allows shareholders and investors to be informed of capital structures and voting rights, thus ensuring transparency in the management of the company.
