Status of Cibox shares and voting rights as of April 30, 2026
The French technology company Cibox has published its monthly report relating to the total number of shares and voting rights constituting its share capital as of April 30, 2026. This report meets the requirements of article 223-16 of the general regulation of the Financial Markets Authority.
As of this date, Cibox has a total of 835,229,805 shares outstanding. The total gross number of voting rights is 870,007,393, while the total net number, which excludes shares without voting rights, is 862,765,191. These figures reflect the current levels of participation and structure within the company.
