Status of Icade shares and voting rights as of November 30, 2025

Icade has published its monthly report on share capital and voting rights. As of November 30, 2025, the total number of shares comprising the share capital was 76,234,545. Effective voting rights, excluding treasury shares, amounted to 75,826,079. Theoretical voting rights, including all shares, correspond to the total number of shares, namely 76,234,545, in accordance with Article 223-11 of the AMF General Regulation.

This information is provided in accordance with the legal requirements stipulated by Article 223-16 of the AMF General Regulation and Article L.233-8-II of the French Commercial Code. Its purpose is to provide shareholders and the public with transparent information on the share capital structure of Icade.
