Status of LDC voting rights as of November 30, 2025

LDC has published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital as of November 30, 2025. The share capital amounts to €7,054,173.20. The number of shares totals 35,270,866, while the gross number of voting rights is 60,729,482 compared to 60,081,247 for the net number.

In accordance with Article 12 of the Articles of Association, the declaration of crossing regulatory thresholds is required. Any entity holding 2% or a multiple thereof of the share capital must inform the company within 15 days. Failure to comply will result in the suspension of the excess voting rights.
