Status of Lumibird Voting Rights and Shares as of April 30, 2026

As of April 30, 2026, Lumibird's share capital consisted of 22,466,882 shares. This figure reflects the company's current structure in accordance with regulations. Two categories of voting rights are specified. The actual number of voting rights is 33,752,129, taking into account the deduction of treasury shares held by the company.
