Status of Nexans shares and voting rights in February 2026

Nexans SA, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register, has published its monthly report on the number of shares and voting rights in February 2026. The company is listed on the Euronext Paris regulated market, compartment A.

As of February 27, 2026, Nexans' share capital consisted of 43,744,779 shares. The total number of theoretical voting rights is equivalent to this amount. However, the exercisable voting rights amount to 43,610,950, after deducting treasury shares.

A statutory clause requires any person holding at least 2% of the share capital or voting rights to inform the company within fifteen days of crossing this threshold. This notification must be renewed for each subsequent multiple of 2% reached.
