Status of voting rights and shares of the SFPI Group
On March 6, 2026, the SFPI Group published information regarding the total number of voting rights and shares in its share capital. As of that date, the number of shares stood at 94,352,007. The total number of theoretical voting rights was 161,096,837, while the number of exercisable voting rights was 158,950,263.
This information is provided in accordance with Article L. 233-8 II of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
