STEF: Voting rights as of April 30, 2026
On May 20, 2026, STEF published information regarding the number of voting rights and shares as of April 30, 2026, in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code. On that date, the company had a total of 12,850,000 shares comprising its share capital.
The number of theoretical voting rights was 22,889,549. However, the exercisable voting rights were slightly lower, reaching 22,696,737. This difference is explained by private shares without voting rights, such as treasury shares.
