STEF: Voting rights as of July 31, 2026
STEF has published its data relating to the total number of voting rights and shares as of July 31, 2026. With a share capital of 12,850,000 shares, the company has a total number of theoretical voting rights of 22,889,163. However, the number of exercisable voting rights is slightly lower, reaching 22,699,278.
This difference is explained by shares deprived of voting rights, particularly those held in treasury. This information is provided in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the French Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
