STEF: Voting rights as of February 28, 2026
On February 28, 2026, STEF released information regarding the total number of voting rights. The company's share capital consists of 12,850,000 shares. Two types of voting rights are specified: theoretical rights and exercisable rights.
The total number of theoretical voting rights is 22,850,387. However, the number of exercisable voting rights, after deducting shares without voting rights, is 22,649,490. This difference includes treasury shares which do not allow the exercise of voting rights.
This data, published in accordance with Article L.233-8 of the Commercial Code and Article 223-16 of the General Regulation of the Financial Markets Authority, is accessible on the STEF website.
