Sterling Metals Reports Promising Drill Results at Soo Copper Project

Sterling Metals Corp. announced significant assay results from its 2026 drilling campaign at the Soo Copper Project, near Batchewana Bay, Ontario. The discovery of a molybdenite-rich breccia body suggests the potential for molybdenum to co-exist economically with copper at the site. Notably, drill hole SC-26-10 revealed a continuous copper mineralization from 4.0m to over 400m depths, featuring 358m at 0.50% CuEq.

The Upper and Lower GFP Copper Zones continue to display high-grade mineralization, with the Lower Zone yielding 8.5m grading 4.73% CuEq. Sterling's exploration efforts aim to further define the copper and molybdenum zones across the project.

The assay results, including 57m at 0.81% CuEq in the lower zone, reinforce the geological understanding of the site as a robust magmatic hydrothermal system comparable to major porphyry Cu-Mo deposits elsewhere.
