Stillwater Critical Minerals Secures Payment from Heritage Mining

Stillwater Critical Minerals Corp. has received payments under its earn-in agreement with Heritage Mining for the Drayton-Black Lake Gold Project in Ontario. The company now holds 15,350,000 common shares of Heritage, representing approximately 13.3% of Heritage’s total shares, as well as 3,000,000 share purchase warrants. These securities were part of the requirements for Heritage to achieve a 51% earn-in, alongside $2.5M in exploration expenditures.

Heritage can further its ownership to 90% by issuing additional shares and completing more exploration work. If successful, Stillwater will retain a 10% interest and receive a discovery payment of $1 per gold ounce. The agreement also includes NSR royalties and a joint venture provision, securing Stillwater's involvement and investment in the project.
