End of Vusion's share buyback mandate

Vusion, the global leader in physical retail digitalization solutions, announced on September 14, 2026, the completion of its share buyback mandate. This mandate, entrusted to an investment services provider on March 3, 2026, had a duration of six months. During this period, 148,304 shares were repurchased for a total of €16.7 million.

These transactions were carried out as part of the share buyback program, in accordance with regulations. The repurchased shares are intended to cover free share allocation plans and securities providing access to capital, with the aim of reducing the dilutive effect on shareholders.
