Storm Exploration Identifies VMS Target at Gold Standard

Storm Exploration Inc. has expanded its exploration efforts at the Gold Standard Project in Ontario, focusing on a Volcanogenic Massive Sulphide (VMS) target. Located 60km north of Fort Frances, the project has shown promise with sulphide mineralization, including chalcopyrite, discovered at three surface locations.

The company utilized Very Low Frequency Electromagnetic (VLF-EM) surveys to detect a strong conductor 100m below the surface, aligning with a 5km Versatile Time-Domain Electromagnetic (VTEM) anomaly. Conductors appear to strengthen and widen with depth, suggesting potential mineralization at deeper levels.

Storm has staked an additional 1,672 hectares to expand its landholding, now covering 7,636 hectares. The exploration team has commenced systematic rock sampling along the conductor. These surveyed pathways may indicate mineral-rich zones, strengthening prospects for discovering a substantial VMS system.
