Strategic acquisition of SVF by the Installux Group
On January 9, 2026, Installux signed an agreement with CLF SATREM to acquire SVF SAS. This move strengthens its position in the aluminum joinery sector. SVF, a specialist in fire-resistant joinery, will join a well-established group in the industry. This acquisition is part of a strategic plan to diversify and expand the Installux Group's product offerings.
The objective is twofold: to stimulate organic growth and expand the product offering. Installux is thus targeting new markets by integrating SVF's firewall solutions, while preserving the latter's independence. The transaction is expected to close by the end of January 2026.
