Sunbeth Global Concepts Redeems ₦25.1bn Commercial Paper

Sunbeth Global Concepts Limited, a prominent agro-commodities firm based in Lagos, Nigeria, has successfully redeemed its ₦25.1 billion Series 1 Commercial Paper. This redemption marks a significant demonstration of the company's financial discipline and liquidity. The notes were redeemed on their maturity date, 4 September 2026, as part of Sunbeth's ₦200 billion CP Programme.

This programme, initiated in March 2026, drew total subscriptions of ₦165.73 billion, surpassing the initial target of ₦100 billion. Sunbeth accepted ₦150.4 billion spread across three series, highlighting strong investor interest. The company, recognized as one of Nigeria's leading cocoa exporters, is committed to maintaining financial discipline and fulfilling obligations to its investors.

Sunbeth collaborates with over 30,000 farmers and numerous strategic partners like Cargill and GCB Group. It holds investment-grade ratings, underscoring its robust financial standing. Sunbeth continues to expand its reach within Nigeria and sub-Saharan Africa's agricultural value chain.
