SURTECO GROUP SE: Strong 2025 Revenue and Promising Start in 2026
SURTECO GROUP SE has reported impressive financial results for 2025, securing revenue of €821.2 million and achieving adjusted EBITDA of €80.2 million. Despite a 4% revenue decline from 2024 and a 24% drop in EBITDA, the figures align with the company's revised forecasts. The decrease is attributed to negative currency impacts and discontinued operations.
Heading into 2026, preliminary Q1 results show positive momentum with €208.4 million in revenue and an adjusted EBITDA of €26.7 million, maintaining the previous year’s efficiency even as margins improved from 12.0% to 12.8%.
SURTECO projects 2026 revenue between €780 million and €830 million, expecting adjusted EBITDA in the range of €70 million to €90 million. Strategic plans to conserve liquidity mean no dividends are planned for shareholders at the upcoming AGM.
