SWEF Announces EGM Results and Financial Year-End Change

Starwood European Real Estate Finance Limited (SWEF) has announced a correction to the voting results from its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on 31 December 2025. The total votes in favor of adopting new articles increased from 5,292,922 to 8,483,080 due to an administrative error. This does not affect the adoption status of the new articles or the change in the financial year-end. As a result, the Board has extended the financial year-end to 28 February 2026. This move is expected to save costs on audited accounts for 2025, potentially benefiting shareholders during the company's planned liquidation in early 2026. SWEF will continue monthly net asset value publications.
