SWI Group Boosts Growth with €800 Million Capital Increase
SWI Group, listed on Euronext Amsterdam, has announced an €800 million capital increase. This substantial financial injection is aimed at expanding its transatlantic AI infrastructure and compute platform. The increase involves issuing new ordinary shares, elevating the total share capital to 558,399,385 shares and taking the equity raised since March 2026 to over €1 billion.
This strategic move strengthens SWI Group’s balance sheet and enables the company to expedite its digital infrastructure and AI compute capacity projects across Europe and the U.S. The funds will enhance data center and AI compute capabilities, promoting growth in power infrastructure and compute deployments, and executing development goals.
The capital increase widens SWI’s institutional shareholder base, boosts market liquidity, and elevates the company’s free float to about 20% of share capital. Certain investors receive options contingent on ECM milestones.
