SWI Group Achieves Strong H1 2026 Results Amid Digital Transformation
SWI Capital Holding Ltd., also known as SWI Group, released its Interim Financial Report for H1 2026. The Group, listed on Euronext Amsterdam, showed significant growth, with total assets at €4.4 billion and an Adjusted NAV of €2.3 billion, marking a 53% increase since December 2025. The reported profit for the period was €631.6 million, primarily due to the investment in Genesis Digital Assets, now rebranded as SWI Digital.
SWI Group is evolving into a key player in global digital infrastructure by building a 4 GW capacity platform across Europe and the US. The company aims to own and operate comprehensive AI compute infrastructure and services, thanks to partnerships within the NVIDIA Partner Network, enhancing its AI and high-performance computing capabilities.
Moving forward, SWI Group plans to focus over 90% of its assets on digital infrastructure by 2027. The Group is progressing in negotiations with hyperscalers and AI developers for long-term agreements, potentially worth tens of billions of USD, and is considering a US equity capital markets transaction to bolster its strategy.
