SWI Group Expands US Presence Through Majority Stake in GDA

SWI Group, a prominent name on Euronext Amsterdam, has announced a strategic move to acquire a majority stake in Genesis Digital Assets Limited (GDA), a major player in the US digital infrastructure market with a 1.3 GW capacity. This acquisition will bolster SWI Group's influence in the American AI and high-performance computing sectors, currently the most rapidly expanding markets. The company plans to enhance GDA's infrastructure to handle more advanced computing requirements, thus increasing their combined global capacity to over 3.6 GW.

SWI Group's new acquisition aligns with its strategy to create a leading global digital infrastructure platform. Additionally, SWI has expanded its reach by securing a majority share in Polarise, an AI infrastructure provider with strong ties to NVIDIA. Polarise recently launched an AI Factory in Germany, further strengthening SWI Group's position in both European and American markets.
