Swiss Medical Network Reports Strong 2025 Results and Expands Care Model

Swiss Medical Network Holding SA, part of AEVIS VICTORIA SA, reported consolidated gross revenues of CHF 988.5 million for 2025, marking a 21.7% increase from 2024. Net revenues reached CHF 835.1 million, a 21.9% rise, with an organic growth of 2%. EBITDAR was CHF 133.0 million, up by 16.8% year-over-year, and EBITDA reached CHF 45.6 million, a 17.0% increase. The integration of Spital Zofingen and Centromedico were pivotal in the network's expansion.

The group improved financial flexibility, reducing net debt by CHF 112.5 million. Despite challenges such as high electricity costs and integration costs, SMN showed resilience. In 2025, the hospital division achieved gross revenues of CHF 772.7 million and the ambulatory care division saw an 80.7% increase to CHF 118.5 million.

Looking ahead to 2026, SMN aims to further its growth trajectory with an eye on profitability improvements, projecting an EBITDAR margin above 20.5% and an EBITDA target of CHF 75–85 million.
