Swissnet Group Announces New Chairman Urs van Stiphout

swissnet Group, a leading provider of ICT solutions and cloud-based network infrastructures, has appointed Urs van Stiphout as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective May 11, 2026. Van Stiphout, a partner at the Swiss law firm HofervanStiphout, brings a wealth of experience from his previous roles in international fintech and the financial sector in New York and London. His expertise in M&A, financing, and international cooperations will bolster swissnet's strategic direction.

Jonathan Sauppe, Co-CEO DACH, will maintain his role focusing on operational management and strategic development in the DACH region, alongside Roger Tabbal, Co-CEO International, who leads the global expansion efforts.
