TAG Immobilien AG announced a significant increase in its financial performance for the first half of 2026. The company's FFO I, driven largely by strong rental growth in Germany and Poland, rose to EUR 100.2 million, marking a 9% increase over the previous year. EBITDA from the rental business also increased by 5%, reaching EUR 132.2 million.

In Poland, the acquisition of the R4R portfolio, consisting of 5,300 new rental apartments, bolstered TAG's growth, pushing the Polish rental portfolio to about 9,100 apartments. The initial public offering of ROBYG generated EUR 282 million in proceeds, further strengthening TAG's financial position and allowing for reinvestment into residential rental portfolios.

TAG's Supervisory Board extended Claudia Hoyer’s Management Board contract by five years, ensuring continued leadership at the company. As a result of these strategies and transactions, TAG expects its FFO I for 2026 at the upper end of the guidance range.
