Tata Communications has acquired a 51% stake in Commotion Inc., an AI-native Enterprise SaaS Platform company with operations in the US and India. This strategic move aims to accelerate AI integration within Tata Communications' Digital Fabric offerings, enhancing customer and employee experiences through predictive and generative interactions.

Commotion's technology will integrate with Tata Communications Kaleyra, converting engagement from reactive to predictive interactions. The platform's capabilities include omnichannel CX automation, voice AI solutions, and autonomous digital agents, which aim to deliver personalised engagement at scale while transforming enterprise operations.
