Tayninh General Assembly: Adoption of the New Name
On January 19, 2026, Tayninh Company held its Combined General Meeting in Paris, chaired by Eric Larchevèque. With an impressive quorum of 98.08%, shareholders holding 8,963,701 shares participated, out of a total of 9,138,462 shares with voting rights.
The Assembly approved all proposed resolutions, including the change of the company's name. Tayninh will now be known as "TBSO," a change that takes effect immediately following the Assembly meeting.
The Company expressed its gratitude to the shareholders for their participation. Details of the quorum and voting results will be available soon on the company's website.
