TCL Technology Group Corporation has released its 2025 ESG report, marking the 17th consecutive year of ESG disclosures. Focused on sustainability, the report introduces a unified ESG strategic vision, leveraging advanced technologies for a low-carbon future.
The report outlines TCL TECH's commitment to carbon reduction, with 13 facilities designated as 'Green Factories'. Additionally, 23 subsidiaries achieved ISO 50001 certification, exemplifying energy management excellence.
Emphasizing inclusiveness and diversity, TCL TECH increased female representation in management roles to 21.7% and invested RMB 59.71 million in community projects.
Under its "AI for Real" strategy, TCL TECH advanced its R&D initiatives, resulting in 3,075 new patents and the innovative TCL Solar T5 Pro module, promoting energy efficiency.
