TDG Gold Corp. Discovers New Copper-Molybdenum Target in Toodoggone District
TDG Gold Corp. has announced the identification of a copper-molybdenum porphyry target, named "Erebus," at its Bot project in British Columbia's Toodoggone District. This target spans approximately 15 square kilometers and suggests potential for significant mineralization. The discovery is part of TDG’s broader program aimed at identifying new porphyry targets within their mineral tenures.
The Erebus area has shown geological characteristics indicative of porphyry mineral systems but remains untested by drilling. Prospecting and sampling conducted by TDG in 2024 complement historic data and indicate elevated copper and molybdenum levels. Geological and geophysical surveys support the potential presence of porphyry-style mineralization at depth.
TDG is preparing for more detailed exploration in 2025, with the intent to make the Erebus target drill-ready by 2026. This discovery adds to TDG’s growing portfolio of potential porphyry targets in the district, following similar findings at Trident and North Quartz.
