TeamViewer and Microsoft Intune Integration Enhanced

TeamViewer Germany GmbH has announced improvements in the integration between TeamViewer Tensor and Microsoft Intune. The enhanced integration will help IT teams resolve issues more efficiently by keeping full operational context without needing to switch tools. Key features include automated device synchronization, unattended remote access for multiple operating systems, and extended remote connectivity for devices without the Company Portal app.

The integration provides near real-time visibility, reducing configuration duplication and administrative overhead. It includes support for Windows Local Administrator Password Solution, allowing secure credential retrieval while maintaining strong access controls. This builds on existing Microsoft security policies to offer centralized auditability and compliance-ready remote sessions.

Currently in private preview for selected customers, the general release of the integration is expected soon. It aims to eliminate friction in IT management and enhance remote support.
