TeamViewer SE's 2025 AGM: New Supervisory Board Member Elected

TeamViewer SE held its 2025 Annual General Meeting virtually, with 56.48% of the share capital represented. Shareholders approved all agenda items, electing James Jeffrey (Jeff) Kinder to the Supervisory Board for a four-year term. Kinder, appointed by court order in February, joins other board members, succeeding Dr. Jörg Rockenhäuser, who resigned in December 2024 after ten years of service.

CEO Oliver Steil highlighted TeamViewer's strong financial position, citing notable growth, profitability, and cash flow. During the past year, TeamViewer expanded its strategy, acquired the British software company 1E, and focused on product innovation and partnerships.
