Techsomed and Medtronic Partner for Enhanced Ablation Therapy

Techsomed Ltd. and Medtronic are collaborating to advance image-guided ablation therapy through their new partnership. Techsomed's BioTraceIO360™ software will integrate with Medtronic's Emprint™ microwave ablation system, offering a comprehensive solution for interventional radiologists (IRs). This alliance aims to improve the full ablation management cycle, from planning to post-treatment evaluation.

The collaboration addresses challenges in minimally invasive therapies like limited procedural visibility and fragmented imaging systems. By combining Techsomed's real-time visualization and Medtronic's Thermosphere™ technology, IRs gain advanced capabilities for optimal treatment outcomes.
