Tectonic Metals Appoints Eira Thomas as Chair of the Board

Tectonic Metals Inc. has announced the appointment of co-founder Eira Thomas as Chair of the Board. This change comes as the company continues to advance its flagship Flat Gold Project in Alaska, promising potential as a tier-one gold system. Eira Thomas brings over 30 years of experience, having previously led Kaminak Gold Corporation to a $520 million acquisition by Goldcorp.

The appointment is part of Tectonic's strategy to strengthen its leadership and support long-term shareholder value. In addition, Yolande Lougheed has been named Investor Relations Manager, with 15 years of experience in communications within the mining sector.

The company has also issued stock options and share units to its directors and employees as part of its growth strategy. These options are designed to align director and employee incentives with company performance.
