TeleClinic Expands into Switzerland, Acquires Medi24

TeleClinic, a part of DocMorris AG, has announced its entry into the Swiss market with the acquisition of Medi24, a key Swiss telemedicine provider. The acquisition marks TeleClinic's first step in expanding its telemedicine services across European nations. Medi24, located in Liebefeld, is closely partnered with major Swiss health insurers, providing telemedicine services to roughly half of the nation's insured population.

This strategic move is expected to significantly boost TeleClinic's revenue, nearly doubling its anticipated earnings. The integration promises substantial EBITDA contributions by leveraging TeleClinic's advanced technology with Medi24's existing framework, leading to cost efficiencies. Financially, the deal is structured within a low double-digit million CHF range, funded via internal means, debt, and equity, with completion targeted for December 2026.
