Telefónica Deutschland Shares to Be Delisted from Frankfurt Stock Exchange
Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG announced the approval of its request to delist its shares from the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, effective by the end of April 18, 2024. This move follows the closing of the public Delisting Acquisition Offer by Telefónica Local Services GmbH, where Telefónica, S.A. is the sole shareholder.
