Teleperformance: Update of the Total Number of Shares and Voting Rights
Teleperformance has released figures relating to the total number of shares and voting rights for February 2026. As of February 28, the total number of shares stands at 59,874,365. Regarding voting rights, the gross total reaches 61,350,318, while the net total, after deducting shares without voting rights, stands at 59,604,407.
No statutory clause imposing an obligation to declare crossing additional thresholds is mentioned. These regulatory figures are defined in particular in accordance with the articles of the French Commercial Code and the General Regulations of the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF).
