Temas Resources Corp. Files Prospectus for ASX Listing

Temas Resources Corp. (CSE:TMAS)(OTCQB:TMASF) has filed a prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, seeking admission to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The company plans to offer 55 million common shares as CHESS Depository Interests (CDIs), each priced at A$0.20, aiming to raise A$11 million.
