TERACT announces a public delisting offer for its shares
TERACT has announced a public tender offer followed by a mandatory delisting of its ordinary shares and redeemable share warrants (BSAR B). The offer, initiated by InVivo Group and supported by several partners, proposes a price of €3.12 per share and €0.0039 per BSAR B. This transaction, which will last 15 trading days, could result in a mandatory delisting if the legal conditions are met.
The response to this offer has been approved by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF) under visa number 26-095. TERACT's legal and financial details are publicly available on the TERACT and AMF websites. The offer is limited to France and is subject to local regulations. Holders of shares or warrants (BSAR B) should be aware of any applicable restrictions in their region.
